Daniela Medina, RN, BSN
Daniela Medina is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector with nearly 3 years of aesthetics experience and almost a decade of patient care experience. Currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at California State University, Los Angeles, she blends advanced clinical knowledge with a thoughtful, artistic approach to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally enhanced.
Her philosophy is rooted in patient safety, education, facial harmony, and wellness from the inside out. Daniela believes aesthetic medicine should enhance, not change, the unique beauty each client already has, with treatments tailored to support natural, balanced results.
Known for her warm presence and attention to detail, Daniela is dedicated to creating a personalized experience where clients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

Dr. Justin Rome
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon known for his expertise in aesthetic medicine, facial rejuvenation, and advanced cosmetic procedures. After completing his fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Rome established his private practice in Beverly Hills, where he became recognized for his refined approach to facial aesthetics and innovative treatment techniques.
In addition to surgical procedures such as facelifts and blepharoplasties, Dr. Rome is highly experienced in injectables, facial balancing, body contouring, and hair restoration. His forward-thinking approach led to the creation of Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), a modern concept blending grooming, wellness, and medical aesthetics, which expanded from Los Angeles to New York City.
Beyond patient care, Dr. Rome has extensive experience training and supervising aesthetic providers, including MDs, DOs, RNs, and PAs. His commitment to innovation, patient safety, and excellence in aesthetic medicine makes him an invaluable part of Balanced Wellness Aesthetics.
